Your Role:
Senior Director Medical Strategy – US PH Marketing
The Senior Director Medical Strategy – US PH Marketing is responsible for setting medical strategy for the total US Pet Health portfolio and manages a team responsible for all aspects of medical including brand and category dynamics, conferences and medicaleducation, and key opinion leader management. The leader and the team provide actionable medical insights to the marketing and sales teams to drive business performance.
The incumbent will report to and work closely with the US Pet Health MarketingLeadershipand the Category Directors who comprise the US MarketingLeadershipTeam, as well as R&D and GlobalInnovation.
Participate in the US Pet Health MarketingLeadershipTeam which sets the strategic direction for Marketing in the US.
Your Responsibilities:
Medical Strategy:Lead the medical strategy for the US Pet Health portfolio, managing a team that provides actionable insights to marketing and sales, and collaborates withcross-functional teams, including US MarketingLeadership, Category Directors, R&D, and GlobalInnovation, to drive business performance and set strategic direction.
KOL/ Industry/ Organizations:Develop and execute the Key Opinion Leader (KOL) Program Strategy incollaborationwith Marketing, Sales, and consulting veterinary teams, while building strong relationships
