Lead a skilled Marketing team to identify and capitalize on commercial opportunities across the region, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of initiatives.
Define and implement commercial initiatives and projects in alignment with cross-functional teams.
Champion a customer-centric approach across functions and therapy areas.
Oversee brand strategy and lifecycle management for key products, identifying and evaluating market trends, competitive landscape, and business opportunities.
Drive digital transformation and omnichannel engagement strategies to enhance customer experience.
Guide market access strategies to ensure product uptake and reimbursement success.
Lead thought leadership initiatives and represent the company at industry events and conferences.
Mentor and develop high-performing marketing teams, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
