Linxy is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Director to lead and optimize our marketing initiatives. Building and Expanding Brand Awareness.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in content creation, social media management, event marketing, and hospitality. You will play a pivotal role in shaping Linxy’s marketing direction, driving user engagement, and ensuring seamless integration with design and business development teams.
Responsibilities:
Lead the development and execution of Linxy’s marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Oversee content strategy, creation, and distribution across all channels, including social media, website, email campaigns, and events.
Manage and optimize social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) with a focus on driving engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation.
Collaborate with the design team to produce high-quality visuals, videos, and graphics that align with brand guidelines.
Develop and implement marketing campaigns to support product launches, events, and user engagement.
Cultivate partnerships with influencers, event hosts, and key players in the event and hospitality industries.
Drive the brand strategy, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints and a strong presence in the market.
Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and campaign performance to refine strategies and optimize results.
Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively to meet business goals.
Oversee internal and external communications, ensuring clear, consistent messaging across all platforms.
Required Skills:
Proven experience in a senior marketing role, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
Expertise in social media management, content strategy, and marketing analytics.
Strong understanding of the event and hospitality industry, with connections that can help expand Linxy’s market reach.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficient in using design tools such as Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) and video editing software.
Ability to work independently, as well as in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze and report on key performance metrics.
Nice to Have:
Experience with SEO/SEM, Facebook Ad Suite, and Google Ads.
Strong understanding of branding, digital marketing, and influencer outreach.
Background in event planning or event marketing.
Experience with content management systems (CMS), customer relationship management systems (CRM) and marketing automation platforms.
Compensation:
