About the Role:

We have an

exciting

opportunity to support our APAC team as the Senior Director, Regional Marketing. This role will play a critical

leadership

role in driving strategic marketing initiatives across the region, with a primary focus on supporting a Master Franchise structure. The role requires a deep understanding of regional markets, franchise operations, marketing calendar planning, menu management/product

innovation

, digital media/performance marketing, CRM/loyalty, and third-party delivery (3PD) platforms.

Strategic Marketing

Leadership

:

Develop and implement comprehensive regional marketing strategies tailored to support the Master Franchise structure, aligning with global brand goals and adapting to local market dynamics. Partner closely with Master Franchisees to ensure effective execution of marketing programs, promotions, and product launches across territories. Lead regional marketing initiatives or campaigns when appropriate that incorporate traditional media, digital marketing, and third-party delivery (3PD) strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.

Franchise Support and

Collaboration:

Serve as the key marketing advisor and partner for Master Franchisees, providing guidance, tools, and resources to ensure consistent brand positioning and messaging across the region. Develop and implement scalable marketing frameworks, toolkits, and KPIs to measure the success of franchise-led campaigns. Foster strong relationships with franchise leaders by understanding their unique market needs and delivering customized, high-value marketing support.

Third-Party Delivery (3PD) Integration:

Drive growth through partnerships with leading 3PD platforms (e.g., Uber Eats, Door Dash, Deliveroo, or local equivalents), leveraging data insights and promotional opportunities to maximize sales. Lead the negotiation and strategic management of 3PD relationships at the regional level to optimize 3PD channel potential and to drive overall marketing and business objectives without growing dependence on this channel.
