Position: Senior Executive/ Asst. Manager/ Manager– Business Marketing
This is a business marketing role responsible for all marketing activities of the BU
The candidate must have innate understanding of marketing and technology, with an aptitude for translating them into business and market narrative.
End-to-end management of Business Unit Marketing planning and activations, Industry events, Client Visits, Content & multi-touchpoint campaigns
Work closely with stakeholders from Sales, Delivery, Subject matter experts, vendors and other external & internal stakeholders, with complete ownership of marketing initiatives for the unit
Own the overall content & collateral plan, creation, development, updates and content performance analysis for the unit
Develop the comprehensive go-to-market strategy, marketing &
communication
plans for the BU and execute it
Own market research, brand building, market positioning, deal support and sales enablement for the industry group
Own the Account Based Marketing, digital marketing, thought
leadership
, and social media initiatives for the industry group
Project planning & Marketing Program management, track execution across teams, report status, and manage budget
Analyse data, gain insights, course correct, and continuously improve processes to deliver improved quantitative and qualitative results
Requisites:
2-10 years of IT/Technology services business marketing experience
B. Tech + MBA (Marketing/Sales, General Management, IT)
Working knowledge or direct experience in Technology, IT or ER&D industry
Excellent written and oral
communication skills
Proven stakeholder management and marketing programs management skills
Experience in building multi-channel integrated marketing programs and all relevant forms of content and collaterals to target clients and segments
Marketing technology and automation enthusiast
High energy self-starter, passionate and a team-player
