Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and results-driven Senior Executive – Outdoor Branding and Events to develop and execute branding strategies that enhance brand visibility and customer engagement. This role will be responsible for planning and implementing outdoor branding initiatives, in-store branding, brand activations, and event management. The ideal candidate will have experience in BTL activation, event management, and outdoor advertising, ensuring a consistent and impactful brand presence.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Branding Strategy & Execution
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute a comprehensive branding plan aligned with brand objectives.
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all branding activities and promotional materials.
Develop innovative in-store and outdoor branding strategies to increase brand recognition and customer engagement.
2. Outdoor & In-Store Branding
Oversee the design, production, and placement of in-store branding materials to attract and engage customers.
Plan and manage outdoor advertising campaigns, including billboards, banners, transit ads, and digital signage to maximize brand exposure.
Ensure all branding materials effectively communicate the brand message and adhere to corporate identity guidelines.
3. Brand Activations & Event Management
Conceptualize, plan, and execute brand activation events, roadshows, and experiential marketing campaigns.
Organize product launches, promotional events, and trade shows to enhance customer interaction and drive brand loyalty.
Manage on-ground activation teams and ensure smooth execution of events and campaigns.
Develop partnerships with event sponsors, media agencies, and promotional vendors to maximize outreach.
4. Vendor & Budget Management
Source, negotiate, and coordinate with external vendors and suppliers for branding materials, event logistics, and promotional merchandise.
Monitor and manage the budget for branding activities, ensuring cost-effectiveness and ROI-driven decisions.
5. Performance Analysis & Reporting
Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of branding initiatives using KPIs, customer engagement metrics, and ROI analysis.
Provide insights and recommendations to improve future branding efforts and optimize campaigns.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging branding technologies to enhance brand positioning.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with sales, product development, and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive branding approach.
Align branding efforts with the overall marketing and business strategy to drive customer acquisition and retention.
Qualifications & Experience:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in BTL activation, outdoor branding, and event management, preferably in the consumer goods industry.
Technical Skills:
Strong understanding of branding, advertising, and event execution.
Experience in managing outdoor advertising platforms (billboards, banners, transit ads, etc.).
Knowledge of brand activation strategies and customer engagement techniques.
Familiarity with budget management and vendor negotiations.
Proficiency in marketing analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness.
