Senior Executive, E-commerce Operations (Own Site)
Job Description:
We are looking for an
experienced professional
who has previous experience managing  websites under Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) environment as well as knowledge regarding site
optimization
to join us and help deliver our growth ambition in Asia Pacific.
This role will report to the Head of E-commerce, and by working closely with local markets digital team, develop strategy and plans to enhance onsite user experience / interface (UX/UI), optimize conversion rate and manage site visuals / content per marketing and
promotion
calendars. This person will also be tasked with regular site operation routines such as product listing / delisting, KPI metrics reporting, campaign page setup & copywriting etc.
as part of the job scope. There will be chances for this person to be involved in new ecommerce platform rollout in Asia Pacific. Primarily focus of this role will be Singapore, Malaysia, and India; with possibility to extend the service scope to Japan, Australia, and South Korea in the future.
What you will do:
Product go-live:
Ensure products are activated per launch plan and properly assigned with categories
Post campaign housekeeping:
Disable pricing,
promotion
tagging, banners from last campaign
Campaign page activation:
Partner with local marketing and digital team to set up webpage with relevant content based on marketing and
promotion
calendars
Search engine
optimization
(SEO):
Understand SEO algorithmic developments and partner with Global HQ to cascade best practices into local markets
Conversion rate
optimization
:
Develop strategy to optimize conversion rates – A/B testing, website copywriting enhancement, experimenting with design, simplifying user interface/experience (UI/UX)
Onsite keyword search
optimization
:
Optimize search results based on relevant keywords
KPI Reporting & Tracking:
Regular performance update to relevant stakeholders and identify opportunities for improvement
Content management and copywriting:
Partner with local marketing team to get the relevant content onsite and optimize to drive conversion rates
Partner with Global HQ in new ecommerce platform rollout in Asia Pacific Able to manage multiple projects within the scope of work and stay on task
This role requires working on other projects on an ad-hoc basis.
Requirements:
Bachelor/ Diploma in Business / Marketing / Digital Marketing / E-commerce or equivalent.
Sound knowledge of website management and operations; with at least 3 – 5 years of proven experience of site / conversion rate
optimization
in client or agency side, preferably in fashion or retail industries
Relevant experience using Salesforce Commerce Cloud to manage  websites is a must; experience with Sitecore is a plus Solid understanding of SEO and how it can impact website performance
Previous experience working in regional capacity supporting local markets with website
optimization
initiatives.
Proficiency in MS Excel. Knowledge of Photoshop / Illustrator / HTML will be a plus.
