Job Summary:
Responsible for managing and executing social media strategies, creating engaging content, and supporting the team with daily operational tasks. The primary goal of this role is to strengthen the company’s digital presence, enhance audience engagement, and drive business growth through effective social media management. This individual will also ensure seamless collaboration within the team to maintain productivity and smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with e-commerce vendors to monitor and update stock images and other digital assets.
Coordinate with printing and branding vendors to ensure timely deliveries and quality control.
Partner with design and marketing teams to create visually compelling content, ensuring seamless communication and execution.
Create, curate, and schedule engaging content for various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
Manage online communities by fostering meaningful interactions and responding to customer inquiries.
Brainstorm, plan, and execute innovative campaigns and initiatives to boost engagement and brand visibility.
Use design tools (Canva, PowerPoint, Photoshop) to produce high-quality visuals and presentations.
Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in social media marketing.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to implement and optimize media plans.
Analyze media data from various channels, including digital, print, radio, and TV, to assess campaign impact and adjust strategies.
Evaluate post-campaign performance and execute refinements based on results.
Monitor daily performance metrics to ensure campaigns are on track and effective.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Media Sciences, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience managing social media platforms and creating engaging content.
Strong understanding of SEO best practices and their application in social media.
Proficiency in community management and audience engagement.
Experience in campaign strategy, execution, and performance analysis.
Advanced skills in design tools such as Canva, PowerPoint, and Photoshop.
Excellent communication and analytical abilities.
Deep knowledge of current digital marketing trends and social media technologies.
Strong multitasking skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proven vendor coordination experience with excellent follow-up and communication skills.
Attention to detail in content creation and process management.
A positive mindset, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
