Company Description
As the On Premise Marketing Graduate, you will support Red Bull’s national and regional On Premise Marketing and Field Sales goals that strengthen the Red Bull brand, win new business, and drive consumption in the On Premise (any account you purchase and consume a Red Bull on the premise; i.e. restaurants, bars, nightclubs). Reporting to the On Premise Trade Marketing Manager, you will learn the intricacies of the On Premise channel and Red Bull’s unique approach to creating availability and reaching new consumers. With this new understanding of the On-Premise, you will collaborate with the Field Sales team to create training and sales tools that enhance execution and broaden reach.
Job Description
MARKETING MATERIALS AND TRADE ASSETS
Develop execution guidelines, programs, and messaging to enhance On Premise accounts
Collaborate with vendors to design premium, eye-catching point-of-sale (POS) materials that enhance brand visibility
Contribute to the development of a national POS strategy, ensuring brand consistency and effectiveness
Create compelling toolkits that drive successful product launches and On Premise marketing programs
STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT AND COLLABORATION
Influence team members to ensure quality deliverables are met
Foster relationships with external vendors, designers, and creative network
Learn how to work with vendor partners, from creative briefs to project management
Enhance internal communication tools, including best practice submissions, the On Premise Marketing Newsletter, Red Bull’s internal online resource center – the “HUB”, and team meetings
TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT
Partner with the Field Sales team to deliver impactful training programs for our On Premise sales team that support performance and engagement
Help create dynamic training content and supporting materials tailored to the needs of the sales team
Ensure seamless execution by attending Field Sales training sessions, providing support, and optimizing training effectiveness
Qualifications
Proven excellence in academic pursuits
A history of pursuing personal passions, extra-curricular achievements
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex insights
Bachelor’s degree (completed by July 2025)
Relevant work or internship experience is a plus
Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
Fluent in English (written, spoken); additional languages considered a plus

The salary for this position is $70,000.
