Job Title:
Senior Inside Sales Account Representative
Work Location:
St. Catharine’s, ON (Onsite)
Paid Trainingstart time & how many weeks for training: 6 weeks – Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm EST With Break 30 Min
Hours of Operation:
Monday – Friday 9:00am to 6:30pm EST With Break 1 hours 30 min
Duration: 12 months contract with possibility of Fulltime/Extension
Rate: $21.39/hr (All inc) without benefits & CAD $1000 joining bonus
Basic Qualifications:
Sales
Experience:
At least 2 years sales experience in relationship sales ad sales, digital marketing
Overall
Work Experience:
4 Years Work Experience
BPO experience required
Deep knowledge of sales, verticals and local market knowledge as well as cross channel media selling
Experienced and excellent atbuilding relationshipsand mutil touch cross/upsellingover the course of a relationship.
Experience working with customers from North America
Excellent listening, interpersonal, with a solutions mindset and passion for customer satisfaction
Exceptional grammar, typing accuracy, and writing skills
Professional sales skills with a strong phone presence solutions mindset and helping nature
Experienced problem solver and proactive communicator
Excellentcommunication skills(written and verbal) and experience working with high spending, sophisticiated clientele
Expereince going in-depth with sales accounts, match the sophistication of the client, and able to meet their needs on a consistent basis
Proficiency in computer skills
Strong organization skills and ability to quickly adapt to evolvingwork environment.
About the role?
As a Marketing Expert , in partnership with one of the world’s largest online advertising and social media platforms, you will work with an existing list of small to medium sized businesses currently utilizing online advertising and marketing services on our client’s platform.
This is anoutbound sales role– the expectation is to be consistent in exceeding your quarterly targets through high-volumeoutbound calling.
You will be responsible for speaking with decision-makers over the phone to increase the value of their online advertisements throughoptimization; with an aim to increase customer investment and/or increase the length of time that a customer will maintain their campaign.
The goal is the more confidence in the platform we help the advertiser have, the more likely they will spend more, they will spend more money because they may see improved results.
You will contact each customer identified on the list to provide a strategic advertising consultation and capture sales opportunities that include an advertising campaign relevant to client goals/needs.
We look to develop a relationship with the advertiser over several calls throughout the quarter.
The requirement is to contact all customers provided on the list and set up multiple calls with them to build a relationship and to better understand and help them achieve their goals.
