Job Role:
As an Inbound Sales Representative at Denave India Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for engaging with inbound Calls/Chats, managing customer relationships, and converting prospects into long-term clients. Your role will involve responding to inquiries, understanding client needs, and offering tailored solutions from our portfolio of products and services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth, develop new opportunities, and ensure customer satisfaction across both B2B and B2C channels. You will play a key role in optimizing our inbound sales processes and achieving sales targets.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead Conversion: Respond to inbound Calls/Chats in a timely and efficient manner, qualifying prospects and converting them into sales opportunities through consultative selling.
Solution-Based Selling: Understand customer needs and provide customized solutions across a diverse range of products/services, ensuring alignment with both individual consumer and business customer requirements.
Sales Pipeline Management: Use CRM to manage, track, and prioritize leads, ensuring a well-organized and effective sales process.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with both B2B and B2C customers, guiding them through the sales process and delivering personalized recommendations.
Follow-Up & Nurturing: Conduct regular follow-ups with inbound leads, keeping them engaged and moving through the sales funnel efficiently.
Sales Reporting & Forecasting: Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics for management, ensuring accurate tracking of progress against targets.
Collaboration Across Teams: Work closely with marketing, product, and support teams to ensure that customers receive the best possible service and solutions.
Sales Targets: Meet or exceed individual sales quotas and contribute to overall company growth through successful conversion of inbound leads.
Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer demands, using this information to adapt sales strategies and approach.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a technical field.
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in tele – sales, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of Computer Hardware and technology trends.
B2B –B2C sales experience into Laptops / Tablets / Desktops, will be an added advantage.
Excellent communication skills, with fluency in both Hindi and English
