As our Senior Internal Communications Executive , you will support the development and delivery of Nuffield Health’s Internal Communications strategy so that all our people are clear about the direction the Charity’s heading in, the role they play in helping us to achieve our strategic goals and they feel proud to work at Nuffield Health and the difference we’re making to the health of the nation.
As our Senior Internal Communications Executive you will:
Act as an “in-house journalist” and proactively partner with stakeholders across the Charity to identity and scope content which will bring alive Nuffield Health’s
purpose
, ambitions, and plan Lead the planning, coordinating, and creation of
exciting
and compelling multi-media content, including filming and editing video, from scratch in
collaboration
with key stakeholders from across the Charity Use your internal comms know-how to provide advice to leaders, project managers and subject matter experts on the most effective way to communicate their message and the best use of our channels and engagement opportunities Establish and maintain a network of audience members across the Charity to routinely gauge the impact and effectiveness of our internal communications and engagement activity Collaborate with key stakeholders and the rest of the Internal Communications team to maintain a channel activation plan which aligns our internal communications and engagement channels to the goals and priorities of the Charity Collaborate closely with other content managers across the Charity to identify and where appropriate re-
purpose
and re-use content being used for other audiences and channels Support the measurement and
continuous improvement
of our core internal
communication
and engagement channels Lead and coordinate the planning, development and delivery of scheduled content and functionality updates to our digital internal
communication
and engagement sites (e.g. extranet) To be successful in this Senior Internal Communications Executive role you’ll be:
An internal communications expert with excellent skills and a passion for creating great content for all mediums inside and outside of work Exceptional messaging skills – able to adapt style and approach for different audiences, channels, and stakeholders Proficient using a broad range of internal comms tools and software, including Adobe suite and Microsoft Highly planned and thrives off juggling multiple initiatives simultaneously Action-oriented and able to resolve issues with minimal supervision Familiar with working a busy and
fast-paced
in-house communications team Experienced in designing and delivering comms for multi-site consumer-facing organisations with high proportion of team members not desk-based Brand savvy and culturally aware – able to adapt style and approach If you like what you see, why not start your application now?
