What You Will Be Doing
:
Lead and mentor the KOL Specialist team to develop and execute effective influencer marketing strategies
.Analyze and identify optimal content promotion trends to increase product interest, attract new brand users, and drive sales
.Handle the end-to-end influencer marketing strategy, including approaching suitable KOLs/Influencers, creating and presenting briefs, reviewing KOL drafts, and reporting performance
.Manage overall campaign progress and control content quality to meet targets set by the supervisor
.Ensure branding consistency and alignment of product communication across all advertising and campaigns
.Forecast marketing campaign growth and ROI for KOL marketing campaigns, working closely with the sales team
.Develop and maintain strong relationships with celebrities and mega KOLs
.Any other tasks and projects as assigned by the superior/Company
.
What We Need From You
:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field
.Minimum of 3 years of experience in Brand Marketing, KOL/Influencer Specialist, or Digital Marketing
.Experience with beauty brand promotion or extensive knowledge of beauty or skincare products is preferred
.Proficient in Mandarin, English, and Malay, both spoken and written
.Strong analytical skills combined with a creative mindset
.Data-driven thinker with an affinity for numbers
.Excellent communication skills
.Up-to-date with the latest trends and marketing best practices
