Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Assistant to support our team in various administrative tasks. Duties
Assist with daily clerical tasks, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
Manage phone calls and emails with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
Support office management activities to maintain an organized and efficient workspace.
Provide customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Utilize QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks as needed.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while handling clerical duties.
Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication and workflow.
Experience
Previous experience as a clerk or medical receptionist is preferred but not required.
Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive) is essential for document management and collaboration.
Strong computer literacy skills are necessary to navigate various software applications efficiently.
Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
A background in customer service will be beneficial for interacting with clients and team members alike.
