SH Hotels & Resorts is seeking a highly strategic and detail-oriented Senior Manager, Brand Management to drive brand excellence across 1 Hotels, Treehouse Hotels, and Baccarat Hotels. This role is pivotal in managing and evolving our brand processes, creative workflow, and operational brvand standards. The ideal candidate has a strong background in brand management, visual identity, creative operations, and sustainability marketing, with experience overseeing enterprise tools like Canva and Monday.com. This role also requires strong project management skills, experience working with agencies and freelancers, and the ability to manage global stakeholders across multiple time zones.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Operations & Creative Process Management

Owns and oversees the creative workflow, ensuring seamless execution across teams using Canva and Monday.com.
Leads brand asset management, serving as the Canva lead and main approver (managing billing, accounts, templates, and permissions).
Updates and maintains brand management SOPs, ensuring consistency across all brand touchpoints.
Supports pre-opening brand alignment, providing creative guidance and brand immersion for new properties.
Manages creative freelancers and agencies, overseeing project execution, contracts, and timelines.
Develops workback schedules to keep creative and brand projects on track and ensure timely delivery.

Visual Identity & Brand Management

Maintains and evolves the visual identity across all touchpoints, ensuring a consistent and compelling brand presence.
Works closely with design teams to develop and refine brand assets, templates, and collateral.
Supports brand training and immersions for internal teams to ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
Oversees SH Team Presentations (Development, Design, etc.), ensuring all materials align with brand strategy.

Sustainability & Brand Storytelling

Serves as the sustainability marketing lead, ensuring sustainability messaging is integrated into all brand materials.
Owns and maintains sustainability fact sheets, aligning messaging across internal and external communications.
Supports sustainability initiatives across properties and corporate projects, ensuring storytelling aligns with SH Hotels’ purpose-led mission.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Global Stakeholder Communication

Acts as the Operations Lead for brand initiatives, ensuring smooth execution of brand projects.
Serves as the People Ops lead, providing brand oversight for employer branding, internal communications, and recruitment materials.
Provides on-property creative support (Canva assets, sustainability messaging, and guest journey storytelling).
Supports OS&E (Operational Supplies & Equipment) projects, ensuring all branded items align with the creative vision.
Communicates with internal and external stakeholders globally, managing expectations, timelines, and alignment across regions.

Guest Experience & Brand Immersion

Supports the refinement and execution of guest journey materials, ensuring a consistent and elevated brand experience.
Assists in the development and execution of SH Home Office brand initiatives.

Project & Deck Execution

Owns deck execution for key presentations, ensuring high-quality, visually compelling, and brand-aligned storytelling.
Provides strategic and creative input for high-impact brand presentations across various departments.
Manages project timelines and deliverables, ensuring all brand initiatives are executed effectively.

Qualifications & Skills

5–7 years of experience in brand management, visual identity, creative operations, or marketing within luxury, hospitality, sustainability, or lifestyle brands.
Proven experience managing and evolving visual identity across multiple brand touchpoints.
Expertise in Canva (enterprise-level experience preferred) and Monday.com for workflow management.
Strong project management experience, including managing workback schedules, workflows, and process improvements.
Experience managing freelancers and agencies, overseeing creative deliverables, budgets, and deadlines.
Strong understanding of sustainability marketing, with the ability to translate sustainability initiatives into compelling brand messaging.
Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage global stakeholders across different time zones.
A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to troubleshoot brand and operational challenges.
Strong visual storytelling and presentation design skills (experience in Keynote and PowerPoint is a plus).
Ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for sustainability, luxury hospitality, and purpose-driven brands.
MBA in Business, Marketing, or Sustainability is preferred
