Job Description

Tees and More, LLC is currently looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Sales and Marketing Coordinator to ensure that all sales, marketing, and advertising initiatives improve company sales and brand awareness. Knowledge of Screen Print, Embroidery, and Promotional Products is preferred. The Sales and Marketing Coordinator’s responsibilities include servicing clients and customers to generate leads and final sales, implementing various methods of collecting customer feedback, organizing marketing campaigns, and using knowledge of company products and services to connect with customers.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Developing and sustaining long-lasting relationships with customers.
Servicing clients and customers to generate leads and final sales.
Preparing, reviewing, and finalizing sales proposals.
Utilizing social media platforms to garner customer interest and create brand awareness.
Preparing sales forecast reports and submitting them to management.
Developing effective sales strategies to increase company sales.
Producing quality marketing campaigns and advertising material for the company products and services.
Managing all social media platforms.
Tracking analytics related to Website, Social Media, and Email campaigns.
Using records of past campaign results to determine the most effective marketing approaches moving forward.
Analyze market trends, sales, and marketing metrics, as well as pricing strategies to identify ways to improve sales and marketing efforts.

Education and Requirements:

Associates or Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or related field preferred.
Experience working in sales or marketing required.
Experience in sales or marketing managerial roles required.
Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications and marketing, and office administrative software.
Sound knowledge of professional communications, sales and marketing metrics.
The ability to anticipate consumer behavior.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Effective communication skills.
Exceptional customer service skills.

Compensation: $18.00 – $24.00 per hour (based off experience)

Schedule:

Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Ability to commute/relocate:

Reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting
