Dreamstyle Remodeling Powered by Renovo – America’s 5th Largest Home Remodeling Company, is seeking a dynamic and motivated Events Marketing Manager to lead a high-performing team of Brand Ambassadors in our high-volume, high-opportunity Denver market. This leadership role plays a vital part in driving home improvement leads for our in-home sales team.
What We Offer:
Base Salary starting at $65,000/ Annually
Performance based bonuses on avg between $15,000-$25,000/ Annually

Responsibilities:
Coach and motivate Brand Ambassadors to achieve and exceed lead generation goals
Oversee staffing, logistics, and execution of retail events, home shows, and door-to-door campaigns to maximize lead opportunities
Analyze performance metrics, identify opportunities for improvement, and adjust strategies to optimize results
Work with marketing and sales teams to refine campaigns and ensure seamless handoffs
Maintain accurate lead tracking and provide leadership with regular performance updates
Qualifications:
3+ Years of Field Marketing Experience (preferably in home improvement, direct sales, or consumer-focused industries)
Strong ability to manage, develop, and inspire a team
Goal-Oriented Mindset: Passion for meeting and exceeding performance targets
Experience with CRM and payroll systems (e.g., ADP, Salesforce)
Ability to motivate, coach, and engage a diverse team
Schedule:
Full-Time
Weekend availability required
