Job Description:

Reporting to the Senior Director of NA Marketing, the Senior Manager, Digital Experience will be responsible for driving superior digital experiences for prospects, customers and consumers across Ormco solutions. The successful candidate will lead a team deliveringinnovativeexperiences across web, email marketing (marketing automation), and SEO to accelerate above-market growth while meeting organizational objectives. The Senior Manager will support teams focused on generating leads and driving conversions, supporting product launches, digital marketing, e-commerce/website, system integrations and training/educationinitiatives to supportbrand awareness, adoption, and utilization of our key orthodontic products.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Direct the day-to-day online operations relating to Ormco’s digital presence with oversight responsibility for operating metrics, key performance indices, digital promotions and maintaining bottom line targets.

Partner with Marketing team to develop and execute digital marketing strategies across different channels, including email, retargeting, and web/landing pages. Drive standard email measures including open rates and click through rates, web traffic / visits (for both professional and consumer), engagements, and leads.

Develop and execute targeted email drip and nurture campaigns utilizing marketing automation (Hub Spot) and data-mining CRM tools in support of acquisition and retention goals. Optimize campaigns using A/B and multivariate testing methodologies and improve conversion rate.

Partner with programmers to develop, optimize and maintain B2B and B2C websites/landing pages to generate, nurture, and convert leads to customers.

Plan and implement SEO strategies to drive qualified traffic.

Partner with marketing managers and creative team to optimize content based on email best practices and ensure timely execution of tactics.

Track, report and optimize campaign results in terms of lead generation, sales conversion, revenue and other metrics.

Collaborate withcross-functional teamsincluding Marketing, ProfessionalEducation, Product Management and IT to ensureoptimizationof digital marketing initiatives.

Role is focused on NA; however, Role may also need to provide other regions (EMEA, Australia) with support from time to time.

Communication: must be able to effectively communicate in both written and verbal forms. Creative writing experience a plus.

Self-reliant: must be able to create, write and execute his/her marketing plans (doesn’t rely on an agency or others to execute their work).

Analytical: must be able to evaluate marketing program return-on-investment and make recommendations to improve program structure for Company and customers.

Creative: must be able to generate out-of-box solutions.

Leader: must be willing to take risks, self-confidence and the ability to work with all departments in the organization and higher levels of management.

Influence: must be able to influence direct reports, peers,leadershipstaff, internal and external customers.

Excellent organizational andproject managementskills.

Strong interpersonal skills and team player mentality.
