* Manage the marketing communications team and client projects, from setting the communications strategy to executing content, social, and PR to drive results for clients.
Brand Story
***** Define and evolve brand identity, brand voice, and values; shape stories that resonate with target audiences.
Content
***** Create and deploy content that supports the brand story, producing engaging content (social, blogs, long-form, and videos) tailored across audiences and platforms.
Social & Community
***** Engage users with tailored content, fostering meaningful interactions on social platforms including influencer management.
PR
***** Manage public image and media relations, and execute PR activities aligned with brand experiences.
Customer Insights and Journey
***** Use data to personalize and improve customer journeys; analyze and refine the customer journey for better engagement.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, New Media, Communications, Economics or a related field.
At least 4 years of experience in corporate communications, digital marketing, content marketing, journalism account management, showcasing expertise in managing campaigns and client relationships.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively liaise with clients, present strategies, create content, and convey ideas clearly and persuasively.
