Social Media Manager – Tradewind Construction Marketing

Our work includes notable brands like Timberland, NEMO Equipment, Title Boxing, and Tivoli Audio. We’re now looking for a Social Media Manager to join our Tradewind Construction Marketing division.
About You:You’re a proactive, organized, and creative individual who loves the fast-moving world of social media and online marketing. You enjoy the challenge of adapting to different brand voices and are ready to manage multiple clients, mostly in construction and excavation. With excellent attention to detail, you’re a collaborative team player who can also connect with clients and anticipate their needs. You bring at least a year of social media experience, ideally with a background in construction, landscaping, or a similar field, and are excited to grow your expertise across a wide range of tasks.
About the Role:In this full-time, in-office role, you’ll be the go-to social media expert for our Tradewind Construction Marketing division. You’ll manage 3-4 clients and handle their social presence and digital engagement. After a six-month trial period, you may have the option to transition to up to two hybrid days per week.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation: Develop, edit, and publish engaging daily content (text, photos, and videos) across multiple platforms.
Client Communication: Regularly engage with clients for updates, planning, and feedback to enhance brand representation.
Brand Growth & Strategy: Suggest and implement creative campaigns and new features to build brand awareness, such as promotions and competitions.
Analytics & Reporting: Track social media performance and compile monthly client reports with insights and recommendations.
Ad Creation: Craft compelling ads for social media, with some design experience as a plus.
SEO & Web Knowledge: Familiarity with WordPress (Divi, Elementor) and SEO best practices is a bonus, as is knowledge of hosting platforms (we use Kinsta!).

Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 1 year in social media management or marketing (required).
Education: College degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Additional Skills: Knowledge of website maintenance, SEO, and familiarity with current social media trends.
Schedule & Benefits:
Location: In-office, based in Concord, NH, with up to two hybrid days per week after six months.
Hours: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9 am – 5 pm
Salary: $48,000-$52,000/year, depending on experience
