Position Overview
The Marketing Director will be the visionary force behind our brand, responsible for shaping and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that build brand awareness, deepen guest engagement, and drive revenue growth. This role requires a deep understanding of luxury hospitality, an instinct for high-touch guest and VIP experiences, and a “whatever, whenever” mindset—ensuring that every touchpoint with our guests feels seamless, personal, and exceptional.
You will oversee brand storytelling, digital marketing, social media, PR, guest and VIP relations, strategic partnerships, and experiential activations. Success in this role means translating the magic of Duro Hospitality into compelling, high-impact marketing strategies that attract, engage, and retain a sophisticated clientele.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a forward-thinking marketing strategy for all Duro Hospitality concepts, ensuring brand alignment and market differentiation.
Drive guest engagement through personalized marketing efforts, exclusive experiences, and surprise-and-delight moments for VIPs and loyal guests.
Oversee digital marketing efforts, including social media management, content creation, email campaigns, website optimization, and paid media.
Manage public relations initiatives, securing high-impact press coverage, building relationships with media and influencers, and overseeing press releases.
Strategically elevate VIP and guest relations, ensuring high-touch, white-glove service through tailored marketing experiences, exclusive events, and private dining activations.
Create and implement promotions, collaborations, and sponsorships that enhance brand visibility and attract the right audience.
Lead content creation efforts, including photography, videography, and editorial storytelling that authentically capture the Duro experience.
Identify and activate advertising opportunities that drive awareness and measurable results, balancing traditional and digital channels.
Collaborate with restaurant-level teams to support localized marketing efforts, on-site activations, and customer engagement initiatives.
Develop and oversee community engagement programs, including philanthropic initiatives and brand collaborations.
Analyze marketing performance metrics, ensuring data-driven decisions that optimize ROI and guest impact.
Qualifications & Experience
Proven experience leading marketing efforts in fine dining, luxury hospitality, or high-end lifestyle brands.
Deep expertise in brand storytelling, digital strategy, PR, and high-touch guest experiences.
A strong network in luxury, hospitality, and media circles, with the ability to forge partnerships that drive brand growth.
Exceptional project management, strategic planning, and leadership skills.
Strong understanding of social media, influencer partnerships, and content creation.
Ability to think creatively and deliver innovative, guest-centric marketing campaigns.
Passion for hospitality, food, design, and creating experiences that go beyond expectation.

Pay: $90,000.00 – $130,000.00 per year
