We empower diverse communities through accessible mental health services, digital products, and wellness-focused courses. Our CEO seeks a strategic and driven Digital Marketer & Sales Funnel Associate to help build and optimize sales funnels that convert, automate processes, and enhance the customer journey.

Job Overview: The Digital Marketer & Sales Funnel Associate will work closely with the CEO to develop and implement marketing automation strategies that drive conversions. This role involves managing end-to-end sales funnels, leveraging ConvertKit for email marketing and CRM, social media scheduling, and using data analytics to optimize both organic and paid sales launches.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Funnel Design & Implementation
Create and manage sales funnels for digital products, courses, and telemental health services.
Implement funnel stages, including lead generation, email marketing, conversion strategies, and upsell tactics using ConvertKit.
Build and manage automated workflows to nurture leads and clients through the funnel.
Marketing Automation & CRM Management
Set up and manage automation sequences using ConvertKit to streamline communication with leads, clients, and members.
Utilize ConvertKit to segment contacts and personalize messaging for improved engagement and conversions.
Manage and update CRM data to ensure accurate tracking of customer journeys.
Social Media Management & Scheduling
Develop a social media strategy and schedule content using social scheduling tools to ensure consistent brand visibility and engagement.
Manage and schedule posts across all relevant platforms, ensuring alignment with the overall marketing strategy.
Engage with followers in real-time to foster community growth and connection.
Data Analytics & Funnel Optimization
Use data analytics tools to monitor the performance of sales funnels, email campaigns, and social media efforts.
Analyze data from both organic and paid campaigns to identify trends, optimize for better results, and adjust strategies accordingly.
Report on key metrics such as conversion rates, lead generation, and customer acquisition to refine marketing efforts.
Lead Generation, Organic leads, & Paid Traffic Acquisition
Implement both organic and paid traffic strategies to drive leads into sales funnels.
Create targeted campaigns on social media and search engines to increase visibility and conversions.
Optimize landing pages and calls-to-action to improve conversion rates.
Email Marketing & List Building
Grow email lists, create lead magnets, and develop targeted email campaigns through ConvertKit.
Build and implement email sequences to nurture leads, convert prospects, and engage current clients.
Ensure all email marketing aligns with company goals and is personalized based on user behavior and preferences.
Customer Journey Optimization
Create content, and repurpose content to optimize and connect in with our niche target audience
Map and optimize the customer journey to ensure smooth transitions between funnel stages and a cohesive user experience.
Enhance customer retention through automated onboarding, follow-ups, and upsell sequences.
Ensure a seamless user experience across all digital platforms.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in digital marketing, sales funnel management, and CRM systems, particularly ConvertKit and similar automation tools.
Experience with social media scheduling, content management, and community engagement.
Strong understanding of data analytics, with the ability to interpret results and make data-driven decisions.
Experience creating and managing both organic and paid campaigns to drive conversions.
Strong project management skills and the ability to work independently.
Passionate about mental health, wellness, women’s empowerment, digital coaching courses, and/ or helping black women-led firms achieve their goals.
