Job Overview
Upright Spine Center is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to lead and execute innovative marketing strategies that drive patient engagement, build community relationships, and enhance the practice’s visibility. This role includes planning and implementing both internal and external marketing initiatives, coordinating events, managing referral programs, and fostering strong relationships with local businesses and healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, organization, and a passion for health and wellness to grow the patient base while promoting the values of Upright Spine Center.
Duties
Internal Marketing
Develop and manage Patient Referral Programs to encourage growth.
External Marketing
Use practice software to improve patient feedback collection and online reputation.
Plan and execute events to build community presence.
Establish referral relationships with providers in the community
Represent Upright Spine Center at vendor events, sharing educational information and promotional materials.
Public Relations
Coordinate seasonal promotions, and community outreach events.
Promote Google Reviews and actively manage the practice’s online presence.
Plan and host events to educate and engage patients and potential referrals.
Organize Patient Appreciation Day events and seasonal or holiday-themed activities to boost loyalty.
Skills
Ability to multitask and manage diverse marketing initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional interpersonal skills to build relationships with patients, staff, and community partners.
Creative thinking to develop and implement innovative marketing strategies.
Strong written and verbal communication skills to engage diverse audiences.
Proficiency with marketing tools, including social media platforms and review systems such as Review Wave.
Self-motivated, team-oriented, and results-driven with a commitment to excellence.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field preferred.
Proven experience in marketing, event planning, or public relations (healthcare experience a plus).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with social media tools.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is HIGHLY preferred.
Paid trainings bi-monthly in and out of town.
