We are looking for a personal assistant with Marketing, Graphic Design, Research, and Social Media skills.
Job Description:
Administrative Support
You will collaborate onon marketing initiatives, assisting with the development of marketing materials, presentations, and promotional content.
Contribute ideas and insights to marketing campaigns and strategies
Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies to promote Wicked Willy’s events and offerings.
Support event planning efforts from conception to execution, including logistics, vendor coordination, and attendee engagement.
Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify opportunities for brand growth and engagement.
Provide general administrative support, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and maintaining records.
Graphic Design:
Ensure a consistent and attractive visual identity across all company materials.
Create and manage content for social media platforms, ensuring consistency with brand voice and promotional objectives.
Research:
Conduct market research and analysis to support business decisions.
Provide detailed research reports on industry trends, competitors, and potential opportunities.
Social Media:
Post daily on social media promoting weekly specials and events
Manage and curate content for social media platforms, ensuring a strong online presence.
Requirements:
Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a relevant degree program (Marketing, Communications, Business, art, theatre etc.).
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in social media platforms and canva
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Interest in the hospitality industry and passion for event planning and marketing.
