As theSr. Manager, Performance Marketing, you will own key performance channels, with a strong emphasis on paid search. You’ll lead a high growth team, driving measurable growth and ensuring ROI-positive campaigns that align with our strategic goals. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in afast-paced, data-driven environment and is passionate about scaling B2B SaaS brands.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive performance marketing strategy across channels including paid search, paid social, display, and programmatic.
Own and optimize paid search campaigns to achieve conversion, CPA, and ROI targets.
Lead and mentor a team of performance marketers, fostering acollaborativeandresults-orientedculture.
Analyze campaign performance data to identify opportunities for scaling andoptimization.
Collaborate withcross-functional teamsto align marketing efforts with broader business goals.
Manage budgets effectively, ensuring efficient allocation to maximize ROI.
Stay ahead of industry trends and tools, continuously testing and iterating to maintain a competitive edge.
What you’ll bring:
5+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a strong focus on paid search.
Proven track recordof driving results in a B2B SaaS environment.
Leadershipexperience, with the ability to inspire and grow a high-performing team.
Analytical mindset with proficiency in tools like Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Google Analytics, SA360, and programmatic tools like Trade Desk.
Strongproject managementskills and ability to balance multiple priorities.
Excellentcommunication skillsand acollaborativespirit.
