Position Summary
The ANA Educational Foundation (AEF) is seeking a Senior Manager, Talent Programs to help push forward our mission of connecting the advertising, marketing, and academic communities to educate and inspire the next generation of talent. Reporting to the Senior Director, Talent Programs, the Senior Manager’s main responsibility is to help drive impact of critical AEF talent programs such as:
Campus Speakers Programs (including Masters of Marketing on Campus Speakers and Project Homecoming), the Marketing and AdvertisingEducation(MADE) Internship and MADEMentorship Programs.

Responsibilities

Lead the execution of two key programs aimed at bringing industry speakers into the classroom, which involves:

Campus Speakers Program

Speaker identification – match professor interest with speaker capability and manage logistics to ensure a successful visit

Measurement andoptimization– survey visit quality and track key satisfaction metrics over time of professors, students, and the industry participant

Project management– manage the progress of active in-classroom engagements with professors and senior industry executives, and work with Talent Manager and Team Coordinator to track classroom visits and complete next steps

Production liaison – work with production agency on the creation of digital video series capturing pre-recorded talks and live Q&A sessions

Project Homecoming Program:

Crosscollaboration- liaison with the Global CMO Growth Council to coordinate classroom visits with Chief Marketing Officers and senior leaders
