We are partnering with a leading life sciences company seeking a Senior Market Strategy Manager to drive market growth, customer engagement, and strategic commercialization in the Cell & Gene Therapy sector. Location: San Jose, CA (Hybrid or Remote, depending on residency)
Salary: $165,000 – $175,000 + bonus & benefits

About the Role:
As a Senior Market Strategy Manager, you will be responsible for defining and executing strategic go-to-market plans for Cell & Gene Therapy products. You will work closely with key opinion leaders (KOLs), customers, and internal teams to shape business strategy, drive adoption, and support new product development.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Develop & execute market strategy for Cell & Gene Therapy
✅ Engage with KOLs & scientific leaders to gather customer insights
✅ Lead commercialization efforts, identifying market opportunities & trends
✅ Work cross-functionally with R&D, sales, and marketing teams
✅ Define go-to-market messaging, sales enablement tools & training
✅ Support strategic partnerships & business development efforts
✅ Represent the company at trade shows, conferences & technical meetings
What We’re Looking For:
BA/BS required; MS or Ph.D. preferred
8+ years in sales, marketing, or market strategy in life sciences
Strong knowledge of Cell & Gene Therapy markets & applications
Proven success in customer engagement & business development
Excellent communication & leadership skills
Experience developing & executing market research & strategy plans
