Oversee the analysis of marketing campaign performance across channels (e.g., social media, email, PPC, SEO), ensuring data-driven recommendations optimize ROI and customer acquisition.

Develop lead and account scoring models for prioritizing new customer acquisition, cross-sell, and up-sell plays

Design and implement advanced dashboards and reporting frameworks to provide strategic insights into marketing effectiveness, including ROI, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs.

Influence senior leadership by preparing and delivering detailed reports and presentations that highlight marketing performance trends and strategic opportunities for growth.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, revops, sales, product, and customer success, to ensure analytics-driven alignment across departments.

Lead the adoption of innovative analytics technologies and machine learning models to advance customer segmentation, predictive analytics, and campaign optimization.

Serve as the organization’s thought leader in designing and implementing A/B testing strategies for continual performance improvement.

Oversee the management and optimization of marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, Salesforce) and identify opportunities for technology upgrades.

Establish frameworks for customer lifecycle analytics, focusing on segmentation, retention, and monetization strategies.

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, statistics, economics, or a related field; a master’s degree or MBA is preferred.

Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing/ sales analytics within the tech industry, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior management role within the tech industry.

Expertise in advanced analytical tools and languages (e.g., SQL, R, Python) and data visualization platforms like Tableau or Power BI.

A deep understanding of digital marketing ecosystems and experience managing complex, multi-channel campaigns.

Expertise in machine learning and AI applications for marketing, with a proven history of implementing data-driven innovation.

Comprehensive knowledge of global data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and their implications for marketing analytics strategies (Nice to have).

A strategic mindset with a passion for staying ahead of emerging trends in technology and marketing and sales.
