Job Description
Develop and oversee the strategic directionfor advertising, public relations, and mixed media communication tailored to each customer segment, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
Establish comprehensive strategies and guidelinesfor marketing communication within the department, ensuring consistency and effectiveness across all channels.
Formulate and implement strategies and guidelinesfor the production and deployment of mixed media content, optimizing engagement and impact.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and service departments, to ensure communication strategies are consistent and aligned with the needs and expectations of each customer group.
Lead and manage marketing communication initiativesacross various customer segments, ensuring that all activities support the bank’s overarching brand identity and positioning.
Execute additional tasks and projectsas required, contributing to the continuous improvement of marketing communication efforts.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Marketing/ Communications/ Business Administration or related fields
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in marketing communications, public relations, marketing strategic planningor any related fields in marketing strategy, with a proven track record in managing cross-functional teams.
Strong background in developing and implementing marketing communication strategies, with the ability to tailor approaches to different customer segments and business objectives.
In-depth understanding of brand management and mixed media production, including the ability to maintain brand consistency while optimizing communication efforts across various channels.
Knowledge in Banking products will be a plus
