We are seeking a Marketing Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic Sales & Marketing team. In this role, you will support our Marketing Director, assist residents and their families, and help facilitate smooth transitions for new residents into our community. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administrative and customer service skills who enjoys working in a vibrant, community-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the Marketing Director and Sales team.
Act as a liaison between prospective residents, families, and the Rockridge community.
Enter all marketing notes, inquiries, and updates into the database to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
Assist with maintaining and organizing marketing materials, scheduling tours, and preparing marketing collateral.
Respond to prospective resident inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
Manage the flow of information in the customer relationship management (CRM) system, keeping it current.
Assist with events, open houses, and marketing activities to promote Rockridge and engage with the local community.
Help coordinate resident transitions into the community, ensuring a smooth process for residents and their families.
Qualifications:
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM systems.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
Customer service experience, especially in marketing or healthcare, is preferred.
A passion for working with older adults and a dedication to making a positive impact.
