Position Overview:We are looking for a versatile Marketing Assistant with a strong foundation in digital marketing to support our efforts across multiple channels. This role places special emphasis on AI-driven marketing, video editing, graphic design, media buying, strategic partnerships, and personal brand-building initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to align with company goals.
Create engaging content for social media platforms, websites, and email campaigns.
Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, and other channels.
Collaborate with team members on video production and editing projects to produce high-quality media.
Design visually appealing graphics for digital assets, marketing materials, and social content.
Identify and nurture strategic partnerships to enhance brand reach and credibility.
Support personal branding efforts for key company figures in the mental health industry.
Analyze marketing data to provide insights and recommendations for improving campaign performance.
Required Skills and Experience:
Proven experience in digital marketing, particularly in social media management, content creation, and media buying.
Proficiency in AI-powered marketing tools and automation platforms.
Video editing skills with proficiency in industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
Graphic design expertise, with experience in Adobe Creative Suite or similar design tools.
Knowledge of media buying processes and optimization techniques.
Experience in establishing and managing strategic partnerships.
Understanding of personal brand-building strategies and best practices.
Strong analytical skills for interpreting data and deriving actionable insights.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Proficiency in SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and performance measurement tools.
Familiarity with CRM systems and email marketing platforms.
Desired Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
2+ years of experience in digital marketing.
Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or relevant digital marketing platforms.
Portfolio demonstrating graphic design and video editing projects.
