Social Media Manager – Organic & Paid Ads
Get Visible Digital Marketing Firm is looking for a Social Media Manager to join our team! This role is perfect for someone who’s passionate about social media, enjoys creating engaging content, and knows how to run effective paid ad campaigns.
What You’ll Do:
Manage and grow social media accounts by posting engaging content, responding to followers, and staying on top of trends.
Plan and run paid social media ad campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) to drive traffic and engagement.
Track performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve results.
Work closely with the marketing team to align social media efforts with broader business goals.
Use tools like Canva to create eye-catching graphics and visuals.
Keep up with industry trends and platform updates to keep our strategies fresh.
Requirements
3+ years of social media management at an agency.
Proven experience running successful paid ads on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
Strong writing skills and the ability to create engaging social media content.
Ability to analyze performance data and make informed decisions.
Great communication and organization skills to manage multiple projects.
Experience with tools like Canva and social media scheduling platforms is a plus.
