Job Summary: The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing marketing strategies that promote the company’s products, services, and brand. The Marketing Manager will report to the VP of Marketing and Sales, working closely with the sales team, creating campaigns, building brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
Essential Job Functions:
· Manage websites, social media accounts (LinkedIn, Facebook, ect.), and e-blasts (Constant Contact).
· Design ads, flyers, brochures, and presentations (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
· Write press releases and coordinate project photography.
· Plan and manage trade shows and marketing campaigns.
· Work with the sales team and external design agency.
Skills & Qualifications
· 3-5 Years of marketing experience, preferably in manufacturing/construction/glass.
· Strong graphic design, social media and email marketing skills.
· Proficiency in Potosop, InDesign, Illustrator, Constant Contact
· Experience using Textivia or other web content management systems
· Organizational Skills..
· Time Management.
· Good organizational and administrative skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication
· Basic knowledge of MS Word, Office, Excel, Outlook
Physical Demands
· Stand, walk, sitting for extended periods of time, and stooping
· Fine Manipulation and Gross Manipulation
· Pushing/Pulling, Reaching, Lifting/Carrying up to 50 lbs. may be required.
· Hearing requirements, vision and communicating verbally with customers/staff is essential.

Pay: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
