Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development:
Lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand growth,
customer engagement

Campaign Management:
Plan, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and traditional media.
Brand Positioning:
Oversee the development of brand messaging and positioning, ensuring consistency and alignment with the company’s goals, mission, and vision.
Market Research:
Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, customer insights, and competitive analysis, translating findings into actionable marketing strategies.
Team
Collaboration:
Work closely with sales, product, and creative teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives and deliver high-impact campaigns.
Content Creation:
Oversee content development, including blogs, white papers, case studies, and social media posts, ensuring they resonate with target audiences.
Budget Management
:
Manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and achieving a high return on investment (ROI).
Analytics & Reporting:
Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Hub Spot, or similar, and adjust strategies based on insights to improve future performance.
Leadership
& Mentorship:
Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a
collaborative
and high-performance marketing team.
Qualifications:
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a senior or
leadership
position.
Skills:
Proven experience in digital marketing, content strategy, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media management.
Leadership
:
Strong
leadership
abilities with a track record of managing
cross-functional teams
and driving results.
Analytical:
Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Hub Spot, etc.) with a strong ability to interpret data and make

Education:
