The Senior Marketing Manager is responsible for planning and implementing marketing strategy for maintaining market share and increasing revenue for all gaming and non-gaming enterprises; all of which ultimately enhances every interaction for our guests and employees; customer service is our top priority for both internal and external guests.

We are looking for full-time (40 hours per week) candidates. (M-F)
Senior Marketing Manager Duties
Senior Marketing Manager duties include but are not limited to the following:
Marketing Bingo, Casino, Food & Beverage, Hotel & Convention Center.
Submits a marketing plan to the Executive Manager for each budget year.
Plans and implements marketing strategy for maintaining market share and increasing revenue.
Prepares and monitors annual marketing strategy for compliance to Appropriations and Budget Act.
Direct supervision of marketing divisions.
Provide training and direction to marketing staff.
Directs designs and implements all marketing strategies.
Responsible for all internal controls related to marketing.
Submits reports to the Executive Manager which includes rewards club data, advertising, promotions, and any other pertinent information.
Education
Minimum – Bachelor’s Degree in marketing.
Master’s of Business Administration (MBA) preferred.
Work Experience
Minimum – Ten (10) years of casino comprehensive and varied marketing experience, including media buys, promotions, player development, campaigns and product branding.
Five (5) years of supervisory management experience.
Must be bondable.
Valid driver’s license, dependable transportation, and proper insurance required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $118,872.00 – $154,544.00 per year
