Position Overview:
As the (Senior) Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth through the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies. You will play a critical role in strengthening our brand, increasing market awareness, and generating high-quality leads. Collaborating closely with sales and global teams, you will oversee the entire marketing lifecycle—from budget planning and strategy formulation to execution and performance analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy for both Japanese and international markets.
Drive business growth by leveraging data-driven decision-making and performance analysis.
Increase market visibility to attract new customers and foster loyalty among existing ones.
Plan and manage the marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently. As well as monitoring ROI.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and global departments, to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
Develop and implement lead-generation campaigns via events, online advertising, webinars, and other channels.
Create compelling content such as case studies, articles, blogs, and joint press releases to support sales efforts.
Required Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in B2B marketing, ideally in the SaaS or software industry.
Strong expertise in integrated marketing, including digital marketing and Account-Based Marketing (ABM).
Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and other CRM platforms.
Data-driven
Confident making decisions and having significant autonomy in your role.
Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and cross-functional collaboration.
Strong communication skills (ideal if you’ve got any experience of public speaking too).
