Responsibilities:
Develop, execute, and manage comprehensive marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and sales.
Lead content strategy and oversee the creation of engaging content for social media, website, and email marketing.
Manage and optimize social media accounts, ensuring high engagement and brand consistency.
Plan and coordinate marketing events, promotions, and influencer collaborations.Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Oversee the design and development of marketing materials, including digital and print assets.
Track and analyze key marketing metrics to evaluate campaign success and adjust strategies accordingly.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
Manage and mentor junior marketing staff, providing guidance and performance feedback.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field OR equivalent experience in marketing leadership.
3+ years of marketing experience (restaurant or food industry preferred).
Proven experience in managing marketing campaigns, social media strategy, and brand development.
Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.Proficiency in social media platforms, content creation tools, and digital marketing strategies.
Ability to multitask, prioritize projects, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and marketing analytics tools.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
