The Role

As Senior Marketing Manager for Beauty, you will lead the category across the group, shaping and delivering impactful 360° marketing campaigns both online and in-store. Reporting into the Group Head of Marketing – Luxury & Premium, you will work closely with the beauty commercial team to build strategic partnerships with key brands, ensuring marketing campaigns align with business objectives. You will take ownership of seasonal marketing calendars, oversee brand partner relationships, negotiate supplier funding, and create innovative activations that engage customers. Using data-driven insights, you will measure campaign success, optimize strategies, and drive category growth. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic and creative marketeer to make a real impact in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

The Person

You have extensive experience in beauty marketing and a strong understanding of both online and offline strategies. You thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and have a track record of building and executing high-profile campaigns. You are commercially minded, confident in leading brand partnerships, and skilled in supplier funding negotiations. With a passion for beauty, you are always ahead of industry trends and understand how to create innovative and engaging campaigns that resonate with consumers. You are a natural leader with strong communication skills, the ability to inspire teams, and a results-driven mindset. Flexibility, creativity, and a strategic approach will be key to success in this role.
