Harvest Preparatory Academy is a public charter school serving PreK-12. HPA is dedicated to providing students a dynamic academic program of student-centered instruction in a college preparatory setting. We are currently accepting applications/resumes for the position of Marketing Professional at our District Office.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute marketing plans that align with the company’s overall business goals.
Graphic Design experience in Canva and Adobe programs (i.e. Photoshop and Lightroom)
Create and execute marketing campaigns across a variety of channels, including digital, social media, print, and events.
Track and measure the results of marketing campaigns and make adjustments as needed.
Work with other departments, to ensure that marketing efforts are integrated and effective.
Stay up to date on the latest marketing trends and best practices.
Respond to social media posts from various platforms
Oversee marketing events in the community and promote school
Take photos during events and/or ceremonies
Performs related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Experience with a variety of marketing channels, including digital, social media, print, and events.
Ability to create and execute marketing campaigns.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
Work in a fast-paced and exciting environment
Ability to use a variety of marketing software and tools
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to work cross-functionally with other departments.
Bilingual preferred but not required.
