As we continue to grow, we are seeking a visionary Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead our marketing efforts across all three companies. This role is perfect for a young, energetic leader with a passion for AI and its transformative potential in marketing.
The Role
As the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), you will be the driving force behind our marketing strategies, leveraging AI and data-driven insights to elevate our brands, engage our audiences, and drive growth across all three businesses. You will lead a talented team of marketing professionals and collaborate with cross-functional leaders to create innovative, impactful campaigns that resonate across industries.

Key Responsibilities
AI-Driven Marketing Strategies: Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies that leverage AI tools for personalization, predictive analytics, and automation.
Cross-Industry Leadership: Tailor marketing approaches to the unique needs of our urgent care clinic, glass processing factory, and digital marketing agency.
Team Leadership: Manage and inspire a team of 5-6 marketing professionals, including SEO experts, content creators, designers, and lead generation specialists.
Digital Transformation: Lead digital marketing efforts, including AI-powered SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media campaigns.
Healthcare Community Outreach: Strengthen public relations for our urgent care clinic by organizing AI-enhanced medical awareness campaigns in schools, libraries, and local communities.
Brand Visibility: Optimize brand positioning and lead generation for the glass processing factory and digital marketing agency using AI-driven insights.
Budget Management: Oversee marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective, high-impact campaign execution.
Performance Analysis: Use AI tools to analyze campaign performance, refine strategies, and drive continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For
Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. A Master’s degree (e.g., MBA) or certifications in AI, Data Science, or Digital Marketing are a plus.
Experience: 5+ years of marketing leadership experience, preferably across multiple industries.
AI Enthusiast: A strong interest in AI and its applications in marketing, such as predictive analytics, chatbots, and automation tools.
Digital Expertise: Proven expertise in digital marketing, SEO, content marketing, and social media management.
Healthcare Marketing: Experience in healthcare marketing and community outreach programs is a must.
