We are looking for a person to take over all marketing for our company that sells hot tubs and swim spas. This person would need to be knowledgeable in many areas of SEO, Social Media, Google Ad Campaigns, etc. In addition to marketing, this new hire would also be a backup-salesperson for our newest showroom opening soon.

We are looking for someone who wants to educate themselves during downtime, learn and test new advertising methods. I am ok with self-taught as long as you can explain the reasoning behind the methods you want to try and explain where your ideas come from.

We are looking for someone to generate leads from Google and Social Media that convert into appointments for our salespeople or possibly handle the leads themselves and convert them to sales in our showroom. Although we are willing to train right person for the sales portion of this position, we do need someone with a strong knowledge of marketing.

Requirements:

Working weekends is required and most Holidays (We only close for Christmas and Thanksgiving) Since this person is also helping with sales, this schedule would be required.
1-2 years of experience in digital marketing
Experience with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook)
Experience with Google Analytics and Google Search Console
Experience with email marketing (Outlook)
Experience with CRM tools
Experience with Adobe Applications (Photoshop, Illustrator)
Experience with SEO (keyword research, PPC campaigns)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Understand how to use colors on web design, web design layout, images, etc.

Responsibilities:

Developing and executing digital marketing strategies for our two showrooms. This includes content creation for social media platforms as well as email marketing.
Conducting market research to identify trends and customer needs.
Analyzing data from digital and traditional marketing channels to determine success factors.
Tracking Ad performance, A/B testing on ads, continued learning.
