Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Assistant to join our dynamic social media team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in social media comment monitoring and some light graphic design including utilizing templates created in Canva. This role requires a strong understanding of social media trends, excellent communication skills, and the ability to take direction and work as a team but also independently.
Duties
Manage published content across various social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X and LinkedIn.
Monitor social media channels for trends and engage with the audience through comments and messages.
Utilize social listening tools to gather insights on brand perception and audience sentiment.
Collaborate with the team to align social media campaigns with overall marketing objectives.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in social media.
Experience
Proven experience in social media assistance or a related field.
Proficiency in graphic editing skills is highly desirable.
Familiarity with web analytics tools and SEO principles.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
