Senior Product Manager – Digital Banking (Muscat, Oman)
We are seeking aSenior Product Managerto play a key role in thedigital transformationof a leadingMiddle Eastern bank. Based inMuscat, Oman, you will lead the development and rollout of anew mobile banking application, shaping the bank’s digital product strategy and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive end-to-end product development, from concept to launch, for the bank’s new mobile app.
Define and execute theproduct roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
Leadcustomer research, competitor analysis, and market trends assessmentto refine product features.
Collaborate withengineering, UX/UI, marketing, and business teamsto deliver a world-class digital banking experience.
Optimizeuser journeys, engagement, and conversion, ensuring a seamless and intuitive experience.
Work onproduct monetization strategiesto enhance profitability.
Define and trackKPIs, using data-driven insights to drive continuous product improvements.
Requirements
Key Requirements:
8+ years of experiencein product management, with a strong background indigital banking, fintech, or financial services.
Proven track record inmobile app development, product strategy, and go-to-market execution.
Deep understanding ofdigital banking trends, customer behavior, and financial technology.
Experience working withagile teams and digital product development.
Strongstakeholder managementskills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
Experience in the Middle East marketis a plus.
