Job Title: Administrative & Marketing Associate

Pay Rate: $12 – $14 per hour

Schedule: 40+ hours per week, with at least 2 Saturdays per month required

About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Administrative & Marketing Associate to join our team for 40 hours per week. This position is perfect for a motivated individual with a positive attitude who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys a variety of tasks. You’ll play an important role in supporting day-to-day office operations, managing social media marketing efforts, assisting with resident outreach, and coordinating community events to help create an engaging and vibrant atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support

Answer phone calls and emails promptly and professionally, providing exceptional service.
Maintain organized filing systems, office supplies, and records to ensure smooth operations.
Assist with general office duties such as data entry, scheduling appointments, and other coordination tasks.

Social Media Marketing

Create and schedule engaging content for social media to connect with current residents and attract new prospects.
Respond to social media comments, messages, and inquiries to maintain an active online community.
Support campaigns, contests, and promotions on social media to drive engagement.
Track social media performance and report insights to help refine strategies.

Resident Follow-Up

Reach out to residents proactively to gather feedback and address any concerns.
Provide timely responses to resident inquiries, ensuring top-notch customer service.
Assist in renewal processes and encourage early renewals to help maintain occupancy levels.

Event Planning & Coordination

Assist in planning and executing resident events, from concept to completion.
Oversee event logistics, including setup, decor, catering, and entertainment.
Promote events through social media and other communication channels to maximize attendance.
Gather feedback after events to improve future experiences.

Marketing & Content Creation

Draft newsletters, flyers, and other marketing materials to keep residents informed of community news and events.
Use tools like Canva to create simple visuals for social media and event promotion.
Contribute creative ideas to enhance community engagement and resident satisfaction.

Customer Service

Provide friendly and professional assistance to residents, prospective residents, and visitors.
Create a welcoming environment that reflects the values of our community and enhances the resident experience.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or relevant certification preferred.
Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Basic knowledge of social media platforms and marketing principles.
Experience with design tools like Canva or similar is a plus.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
Experience in customer service, event planning, or marketing is a bonus.

Work Schedule:
This is a 40+ hour per week position, with the expectation of working at least 2 Saturdays per month. Flexible weekday hours are available, but some weekends may be required to support resident events and community needs.
