We are seeking a dynamic Membership & Communications Director to lead and elevate our organization’s member engagement and outreach efforts!
As the Membership & Communications Director, you will drive member growth, enhance communications strategies, and foster a strong sense of community. You’ll work directly with the General Manager and Department Heads to develop marketing campaigns and ensure memorable member experiences while sharing our club’s vision on various platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive membership growth strategy.
Oversee communications initiatives through email, newsletters, social media, and website content.
Build strong relationships with current and potential members, ensuring their needs and voices are heard.
Create an awareness and enhance our presence.
Analyze membership data to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.

Proven experience in membership management, communications, or marketing.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a passionate, creative, and engaging approach.
Exceptional relationship-building abilities and an enthusiasm for member engagement.
Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
Ability to think outside the box utilizing new trends and technologies.
