What You’ll Do:
Oversee the Marketing & Communications team’s use of Trello for project and operations management.
Implement and optimize marketing campaigns to align with business goals.
Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance metrics.
Act as a liaison between cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth collaboration.
Organize and facilitate project meetings, track deadlines, and ensure deliverables are met.
Analyze resource allocation and project volume to improve efficiency.
Proactively identify and solve operational bottlenecks to keep projects on track.
What You Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in marketing operations, project management, or a related role.
Proficiency in Trello for project management.
Strong data analysis and reporting skills to drive informed decision-making.
Experience with marketing automation and CRM systems (HubSpot preferred).
Exceptional time-management, communication, and organizational skills.
Willingness to travel up to 25% as needed for marketing initiatives.
Preferred certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) or Lean Six Sigma.
