As a Senior PR Manager at DBO, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping communication strategies for ambitious brands. You’ll be a trusted partner for clients and journalists alike, and a leader in defining impactful strategic directions. Plus, you’ll get to work in one of Bucharest’s most beautiful buildings, located on Corbeni Street, No. 3.
What You’ll Do: ✨ Develop and implement advanced PR and communication strategies that make a real impact on brand visibility and perception. ✨ Build and nurture sustainable media relationships on both a national and international scale. ✨ Craft relevant, strategic content—from press releases and interviews to social media strategies. ✨ Support clients in navigating emerging trends and positioning themselves for the future. ✨ Contribute to new business initiatives and foster strong relationships with top stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For: ✔ At least 5 years of relevant PR experience, preferably in an agency setting. ✔ A proven portfolio of strong media relationships (both in Romania and internationally). ✔ Exceptional written communication skills in both Romanian and English. ✔ Strategic thinking, results-oriented mindset, and a genuine curiosity for all things new—especially in AI and tech. ✔ Strong leadership and coordination skills within multidisciplinary teams.
