Job Overview

As the Director of Marketing, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the marketing strategies and initiatives to drive growth and brand awareness for our company. You will play a key role in developing and executing marketing campaigns across various channels to reach our target audience.

Duties

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and strategies
Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including digital and print content
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email, and social media
Collaborate with the sales team to develop integrated marketing and sales strategies
Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns to make data-driven decisions
Lead a team of marketing professionals to achieve departmental goals

Requirements

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for design projects
Strong research skills to analyze market trends and consumer behavior
Experience in sales strategies and tactics
Knowledge of content marketing principles
Familiarity with email marketing best practices
Ability to analyze market data using tools like Google Analytics
Understanding of performance marketing metrics
Excellent copywriting skills for creating compelling marketing content

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $132,003.00 – $143,292.00 per year
