A fast-growing fintech trading platform based in Dubai is seeking a Senior Social Media Strategist to lead its regional presence across the UAE and MENA. This is a strategic, hands-onleadership role ideal for someone with deep regional expertise, creative vision, and a data-driven mindset. You’ll manage a talented team and shape a bold, culturally relevant social media strategy that builds awareness, drives engagement, and fuels growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a regional social media strategy aligned with business goals
Lead a cross-functional content team of analysts, creatives, and videographers
Oversee daily content creation, community engagement, and influencer collaboration
Ensure platform compliance and cultural relevance in UAE/MENA markets
Analyse performance and deliver actionable insights to senior stakeholders
What You’ll Bring:
7+ years of social media experience, ideally in fintech or financial services
Proven success managing regional strategies in UAE/MENA
Strong leadership, communication, and campaign management skills
Deep understanding of local market trends and cultural nuances
Bilingual fluency (English & Arabic highly preferred)
Experience with paid social, analytics tools, and content production
