An excellent career opportunity is currently available for a Marketing Coordinator reporting to Aires Pittsburgh, PA office.
This exciting opportunity is in a high growth environment where you will utilize your experience to support the marketing team in execution of marketing projects, event planning, and communication.
Position Responsibilities:
Coordinates and implements marketing communications projects.
Creates consistent themes, messaging, and branding in all communication touch points, including advertising and social media.
Designs and updates sales and marketing collateral and presentations.
Creates, organizes, and couriers client, shipper, transferee and employee resources.
Collaborates with the internal teams to compile and distribute marketing materials that strengthen client relationships and build brand loyalty.
Supports the maintenance of internal and external digital platforms.
Supports the planning and execution of trade shows, special events, and conferences to showcase the brand. Attends events as needed.
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED required, Bachelor’s degree in Marketing preferred
1-2 years of marketing related experience
1-2 years of experience with Canva preferred
1-2 years of experience with social media and email marketing preferred
1-2 years of experience with Hubspot/CRM preferred
Additional Qualifications:
Excellent customer service and administrative skills
Computer literacy with MS Office products, and ability to grasp proprietary software
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing tasks
Ability to follow policies and procedures
Can-do attitude
Genuine desire to help others
Team oriented mindset, with a strong sense of care and urgency
